The kitchen will have everything you will ever need or use.  This is our 2nd home and we try to ensure the place has everything needed to have a wonderful hassle-free vacation.

The newly decorated master has a KING bed with a newly renovated on-suite bathroom with a dual bowl sink high top vanity and full glass shower.  The master has a 50in smart tv which is wall mounted and also has a door to the lanai.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and nicely decorated with a 40in wall mounted flat screen TV. The newly decorated 2nd bathroom is just outside the 2nd bedroom, just off the foyer.  It has a tub shower and a high top vanity.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. 

Renters will have access to our storage facility, which will have coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas.  There are also lounge chairs on the beach for your use.

Gulf Sands ( gulfsands-manasotakey) has 12 total units in 3 buildings with a private beach on the shores of Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida.  Our unit is located in the middle building on the bottom left side of the  Building with a heated pool directly next to our building. We are on the bottom floor just above the garage area.  Garages are covered parking for two cars.  No elevators are available.  Sorry no smoking or pets allowed. From our staircase, it is truly only 75 steps to our private beach.

Manasota Key is about 8 miles long with  3 public beaches and Stump Pass State Park.
There are several restaurants on Manasota Key with a convenient free shuttle to and from our condo.
Also a  boat dock for easy access to Lemon Bay.

The complex has 3 buildings.  Our unit is located
  in the Middle Building.

We are in the middle building on the first floor just above the garage area. Covered parking for two cars directly under the condo. There are no elevators.
